"We tell ourselves stories in order to live."

my story
I was proudly born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, a city that has always felt like the perfect balance of creativity and community. Growing up, I spent much of my time in a dance studio, where I learned discipline, collaboration, and how to communicate without words. These lessons still shape the way I tell stories today. When I wasn’t dancing, I was reading. I’ve always been drawn to stories — the kind that transport you somewhere new and make you see the world differently. That early love of narrative became the foundation for how I approach my work now: with curiosity, empathy, and an appreciation for connection.
I began my college journey at Texas State University, where I spent two years. In 2024, I transferred to Texas Christian University (TCU) to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication in my hometown. Here, I've found my passion for storytelling within public relations. I will graduate from TCU in May 2026.
Currently, I work as an Account Planner at Roxo Agency and a Public Relations Intern at Holland Collective, collaborating with brands across hospitality, food, and entertainment. My work in public relations and strategy combines skills in research, planning, writing, and creative development to craft campaigns that connect. I’m especially interested in the world of film, television and entertainment publicity, where narratives are built to make audiences feel.
